Working out

I haven't lifted weights since summer 2005, I decided the other day I wanted to get back into it and sure enough I have. I lifted today, did chest and back, I feel awesome! I am going to track my progress through this blog thing. I'm not sure how one would really blog about lifting weights so I'll just say I'm really sore, I bench 150 lbs, I run a 7 minute mile, I hope to keep with my routine, I forgot how much I enjoyed lifting weights and per advice of a friend I did more reps less weight.
